What is the return policy?

We want you to love what you got. If not, no stress.

You’ve got 30 days full money-back guarantee. Just tell us what went wrong and we’ll make it right.

How it works


  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@coppereaction.com with your order number.

  2. Send it back in original condition/packaging (unworn/unused, tags on).

  3. Refund goes to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item (usually up to 14 business days).

Notes & exceptions


  • Custom/personalized items and final-sale pieces aren’t eligible (unless damaged/defective on arrival).

  • If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days so we can replace or refund fast.

  • Return shipping: customer-paid unless we messed up (damaged/defective/incorrect item).

  • The Process: Since we rely on third-party couriers, delivery times can fluctuate. Sometimes the stars align for a 7-day delivery, and other times the journey may take up to 14 days. We ask for your patience as the courier does their work.

Where are your products manufactured?

The vast majority of our collection is handcrafted directly by us in our Jericho studio, where we have been bringing our original designs to life for over 30 years. For the select pieces not created in-house, we collaborate with a small, carefully curated group of artists. We choose partners who share our dedication to quality, and we are proud to feature their exceptional work alongside our own.
How much does shipping cost?

We believe in keeping things simple, so standard shipping is almost always on us. We only ask for a contribution toward shipping costs for heavier items that exceed the weight of a standard parcel (typically larger, substantial pieces). In those rare cases, because shipping rates jump significantly, we share that cost with you to ensure your piece arrives safely and securely.
